Many documents supporting our statement of transparency will have been issued to staff individually and therefore may only be viewed in person to ensure the highest level of confidentiality, security, and integrity of sensitive information. Viewing materials onsite helps us prevent unauthorised copying, distribution, or digital storage, and ensures that personal, organisational, and security-related details remain protected.

 

2.2. This approach enables us to verify identity, maintain proper oversight of document handling, and comply with data protection laws and contractual or regulatory requirements. There is no requirement to make this information publicly available, therefore viewing this personal-sensitive data is restricted to those who have a legitimate need to know.
